Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial customers in the Baltimore area.
- Provide exceptional customer service during every interaction, including ringing doorbells and handling returns.
- Inspect your vehicle daily to ensure it is clean and in good working condition.
- Familiarize yourself with the delivery route beforehand to ensure on-time arrivals.
- Utilize handheld devices to scan packages and update tracking information in real-time.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to all company dress codes.
- Report any vehicle maintenance needs or delivery delays immediately to management.
Qualifications
- A valid Driver's License with a clean driving record (no major infractions).
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and package scanning apps.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
