Responsibilities
- Perform safe and timely delivery of packages to residential and commercial addresses.
- Load and unload merchandise efficiently using hand trucks, dollies, and personal vehicles.
- Verify delivery addresses and obtain signatures when required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-maintained delivery vehicle at all times.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service to every client interaction.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for local delivery (or own vehicle).
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and delivery logging apps.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong time management skills and punctuality.
