As a Delivery Driver, you will be the face of our company, ensuring our clients receive their packages safely and on time. We are looking for individuals who are safety-conscious, customer-focused, and ready to drive their future forward.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial delivery vehicles to transport goods to residential and commercial destinations in Baltimore and Virginia.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients professionally and handling packages with care.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the truck is in safe operating condition.
- Load and unload cargo efficiently, adhering to weight distribution and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation, including proof of delivery and mileage records.
- Follow all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record (MVR check required).
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong knowledge of local and regional roads in Baltimore, MD, and surrounding Virginia areas.
- Basic mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor vehicle issues.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
