Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial delivery vehicles (Class A/B CDL) to transport goods across Virginia
- Load/unload cargo using proper lifting techniques and equipment
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for compliance
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations, safety protocols, and company policies
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Optimize routes for efficiency and timely deliveries
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or B (required)
- Clean driving record with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds repeatedly
- Basic navigation skills and familiarity with Virginia roadways
- Strong time management and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
