Responsibilities
- Deliver packages and documents to residential and commercial customers in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the delivery vehicle and adhere to all company appearance standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by ringing doorbells, knocking, and ensuring the delivery is accepted.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Perform basic vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Handle cash or digital payments accurately and maintain transaction logs.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record (no major violations).
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must have reliable personal transportation to get to and from the depot.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Must be comfortable using a smartphone for navigation and app-based tasks.
