Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to customers in a safe, timely, and courteous manner.
- Practice defensive driving and adhere strictly to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Interact professionally with customers to ensure a positive brand experience.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working order.
- Load and unload packages efficiently, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
- Report any delivery exceptions or vehicle issues to the dispatch team immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License (Class C or higher) with a clean driving record.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Reliable smartphone with data access for navigation and app updates.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong time management skills and ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
