Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks for dedicated routes across the northeastern US
- Adhere to strict DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Inspect vehicles pre/post-trip to ensure optimal condition
- Coordinate with dispatch teams for efficient route management
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Manage loading/unloading procedures with warehouse teams
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with minimum 2 years OTR experience
- Clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards
- Excellent time management and route planning skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Basic mechanical knowledge for minor troubleshooting
