Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles for long-haul and regional routes across the Southwest
- Adhere to strict DOT regulations and maintain meticulous electronic logbooks
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient route planning and delivery timelines
- Ensure secure loading/unloading of diverse freight types
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Ability to pass mandatory DOT physical and drug screening
- Proficiency with electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Strong knowledge of FMCSA regulations
- Flexibility for overnight travel and irregular schedules
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
