Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles across Florida routes
- Adhere to strict DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Efficiently manage delivery schedules and route optimization
- Maintain accurate logs and pre/post-trip inspections
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Handle specialized freight requiring temperature control
- Participate in ongoing training for new technologies
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with Florida highway systems
- HAZMAT certification preferred
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Flexibility for overnight/weekend shifts
