Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A/B) to transport goods on established routes
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and ensure vehicle maintenance compliance
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Plan efficient routes and manage delivery timelines
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Handle loading/unloading procedures with proper equipment
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate loading equipment
- Knowledge of FMCSA regulations and Hazmat endorsement preferred
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
