Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A/B CDL) for weekend deliveries and routes
- Perform pre-trip inspections and ensure vehicle compliance with DOT regulations
- Load/unload freight with precision and maintain accurate delivery documentation
- Adapt to dynamic schedules and prioritize time-sensitive weekend deliveries
- Maintain pristine driving record and uphold company safety standards
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients during transit
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Clean driving record with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible weekend shifts
- Knowledge of New York traffic regulations and route planning
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening upon hire
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
