Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations within the Seattle metro area
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and ensure proper loading/unloading of goods
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation using our mobile app
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Communicate delivery status and any issues to dispatch in real-time
- Assist with sorting and organizing packages at the distribution hub
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking apps
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Reliable personal vehicle with valid insurance (mileage reimbursement provided)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Previous delivery or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
