Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles safely and efficiently on highways and local routes.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections (DVIR).
- Load and unload cargo using proper safety equipment.
- Complete all required delivery logs and paperwork accurately and on time.
- Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to all traffic laws.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A or Class B (CDL B with Tanker/Hazmat endorsement preferred).
- Current Medical Examiner’s Certificate (MEC).
- Minimum of 1 year of commercial driving experience (Preferred).
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no major violations.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
- Physically capable of lifting and handling cargo.
