Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport goods across designated routes
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle logs
- Adhere to all federal/state transportation regulations and safety protocols
- Load/unload cargo with proper handling techniques
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Maintain clean driving record and follow defensive driving practices
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL Class A or B)
- No prior commercial driving experience required
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic math skills for route navigation and delivery documentation
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Must be at least 21 years old
