Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport goods across Illinois and Midwest regions
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and safety protocols at all times
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Provide excellent customer service during delivery interactions
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient route planning
- Report maintenance issues and vehicle performance concerns promptly
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or willingness to obtain through our training program
- Minimum 21 years of age with clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic math skills for delivery documentation
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
