Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial motor vehicles (CMVs) in accordance with FMCSA regulations and company policies.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness.
- Maintain accurate records of driving time, vehicle condition, and cargo status.
- Deliver freight to designated locations on time while maintaining a professional image.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and handle cargo with care.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding status and delays.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or Class B.
- Current DOT Medical Card (Medical Examiner's Certificate).
- Minimum 1 year of verifiable driving experience preferred.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no serious violations.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting cargo and performing job duties.
