Responsibilities
- Operate commercial motor vehicles (Class A or B) in a safe and efficient manner.
- Ensure cargo is loaded, secured, and delivered according to company standards.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Maintain accurate logs (DVIR, ELD) and adhere to all DOT and company regulations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules and issues.
- Uphold a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL Class A or B) required.
- Minimum 1-2 years of verifiable driving experience (OTR or Local).
- Current DOT Medical Card.
- Must possess a clean driving record (MVR) with no major violations.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Physically able to load/unload cargo and perform manual tasks.
- Strong commitment to safety and time management.
