Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A CDL) to transport goods on established routes
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and ensure vehicle maintenance compliance
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Manage delivery schedules and optimize routes for efficiency
- Document all transportation activities and maintain accurate logs
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team and clients
- Handle loading/unloading procedures with attention to cargo security
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with electronic logging devices (ELD) and route planning
- Strong commitment to safety and regulatory compliance
