Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A/B) for local and regional routes
- Adhere to strict FMCSA regulations and safety protocols
- Efficiently load/unload cargo using proper equipment
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and vehicle inspection reports
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery operations
- Coordinate with dispatch team for route optimization
- Perform minor vehicle maintenance checks
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
- Knowledge of San Diego metro area and California highways
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic mechanical aptitude preferred
