Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for regional deliveries
- Conduct thorough pre/post-trip inspections and documentation
- Maintain DOT compliance and electronic logging systems
- Coordinate with dispatch for efficient route optimization
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Secure cargo and maintain load integrity per regulations
- Report maintenance issues and coordinate vehicle servicing
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license (no violations in 3+ years)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Proficient in electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Knowledge of Georgia/interstate highway systems
- Strong safety record and defensive driving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
