Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A CDL required) adhering to DOT regulations
- Transport freight across Ohio and surrounding states on dedicated routesConduct pre/post-trip inspections and report vehicle maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs
- Ensure cargo security and proper handling throughout transit
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Participate in ongoing safety training programs
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of FMCSA regulations
- Excellent time management and navigation skills
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Team player with strong communication skills
- hazmat endorsement preferred
