Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A/B) across designated Texas routes
- Conduct thorough pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs per FMCSA regulations
- Coordinate with dispatch for efficient route planning and on-time deliveries
- Load/unload freight with proper handling techniques and equipment
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and DOT compliance standards
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Experience with hazmat tanker or doubles preferred
- Strong knowledge of Texas roadways and weather conditions
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
