Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles safely and efficiently across designated Florida routes
- Perform pre-trip inspections and ensure compliance with FMCSA regulations
- Load/unload cargo with precision and maintain accurate delivery documentation
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding shipment status
- Adapt to changing schedules and prioritize time-sensitive deliveries
- Uphold strict safety standards and maintain clean driving record
- Utilize GPS technology for optimal route navigation and fuel efficiency
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Proficiency in electronic logging devices (ELD) systems
- Strong understanding of Florida traffic laws and regulations
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Excellent time management and customer service skills
