Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for local/regional deliveries
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and complete logbooks
- Adhere to strict DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Load/unload cargo with proper handling techniques
- Maintain clean driving record and professional appearance
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Operate in all weather conditions and traffic scenarios
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license (Michigan or out-of-state with reciprocity)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Knowledge of Michigan roadways and delivery zones
- Flexible availability including weekends
- Must be 25+ years old
