Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A/B) to transport goods across Southern California
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle maintenance logs
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations, safety protocols, and delivery schedules
- Provide exceptional customer service during loading/unloading operations
- Utilize GPS technology for efficient route navigation and time management
- Collaborate with dispatch team for real-time delivery updates and problem resolution
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Familiarity with California highway systems and port operations
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Must pass background check and MVR verification
