Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (dry van, flatbed, or reefers) across regional routes
- Conduct thorough pre/post-trip inspections and maintain DOT compliance logs
- Load/unload freight with precision using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Navigate complex urban and mountain terrains while adhering to strict delivery schedules
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, clients, and warehouse teams
- Implement safety protocols to prevent accidents and cargo damage
- Utilize GPS tracking systems for real-time route optimization
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable OTR/Regional experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- HazMat endorsement preferred (training provided if needed)
- Proficiency in electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
