Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for regional routes
- Maintain strict delivery schedules across Florida
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and document vehicle maintenance
- Adhere to FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient route optimization
- Handle paperwork including Bills of Lading and delivery confirmations
- Provide exceptional customer service at delivery points
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record (no DUIs in past 5 years)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of Florida roadways and DOT regulations
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Must own DOT-compliant smartphone for daily reporting
