Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles safely and efficiently across Greater Boston area
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation per DOT/FMCSA regulations
- Inspect vehicles pre/post-trip and report maintenance needs promptly
- Load/unload freight with precision and care using provided equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adapt to dynamic schedules and route changes as needed
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Knowledge of Boston area traffic patterns and regulations
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Previous hazardous materials endorsement a plus
