Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A/B commercial vehicles for time-sensitive deliveries
- Plan optimal routes using GPS navigation to ensure on-time performance
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate delivery logs
- Load/unload freight securely with proper equipment and safety protocols
- Build strong customer relationships through professional communication
- Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety policies
- Collaborate with dispatch team for route adjustments and problem resolution
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and operate loading equipment
- Strong knowledge of Missouri roadways and regional geography
- Excellent time management and route optimization skills
- Professional communication and customer service abilities
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including early mornings
