Responsibilities
- Operate 24-26ft box trucks for local/regional freight delivery
- Ensure safe, on-time delivery of goods per customer requirements
- Maintain accurate trip documentation and electronic logs
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and minor maintenance
- Optimize routes for efficiency and fuel economy
- Communicate proactively with dispatch and clients
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL with clean driving record (3+ years experience)
- Current DOT medical certification
- Box truck operation experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of El Paso metro area and Texas highways
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Reliable smartphone with data plan
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Commercial liability insurance ($1M minimum)
