Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A/B) for local and regional routes
- Adhere to strict DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Efficiently manage delivery schedules and route planning
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation (e-tr compatible)
- Inspect vehicles pre/post-trip and report maintenance needs
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries
- Collaborate with dispatch team for real-time updates
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Knowledge of Detroit metro area and Michigan highways
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in all weather conditions
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- hazmat endorsement preferred
