Responsibilities
- Operate commercial Class A vehicles in a safe and timely manner.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper securing and weight distribution.
- Maintain accurate logs using Electronic Logging Devices (ELD) and comply with DOT regulations.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety protocols at all times.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A.
- Current Medical Examiner’s Certificate (MEC).
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable driving experience.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to safety.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
