Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver Amazon packages to residential and commercial addresses in Madison and surrounding areas
- Maintain accurate delivery records using provided mobile technology
- Ensure packages are handled with care and delivered on time
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and Amazon safety protocols
- Communicate delivery status and issues to dispatch team
- Support warehouse operations when not on delivery route
