Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A tractor-trailers on dedicated regional routes (West Coast focus)
- Adhere strictly to FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and pre/post-trip documentation
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic logging system
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient route optimization
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Participate in ongoing safety training and compliance updates
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (3+ years OTR experience)
- Recent Hazmat endorsement (or willingness to obtain)
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Proficiency in electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Strong knowledge of West Coast highway systems
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Minimum 2 years dedicated route experience preferred
