Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vans to deliver/pickup goods on strict schedules
- Maintain accurate delivery records and paperwork
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Coordinate with dispatch team for route optimization and customer communication
- Ensure cargo security and proper handling of sensitive materials
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Assist with loading/unloading operations as needed
Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina Class C Driver's License with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong knowledge of Raleigh/Durham area roads and traffic patterns
- DOT medical certification (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Background check and drug screen required
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Flexibility for early morning/late evening shifts
