Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vans for timely deliveries across Dallas and surrounding areas
- Plan efficient routes using GPS navigation while adhering to traffic laws
- Load/unload packages with care and maintain accurate delivery records
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries and pickups
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery issues proactively
- Maintain clean driving record and follow company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Class C driver's license with clean MVR (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience preferred
- Ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Strong knowledge of Dallas metropolitan area and major highways
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for delivery documentation
