Responsibilities
- Safely operate 15-passenger vans for client transport and deliveries across Philadelphia metro area
- Adhere to strict DOT regulations and maintain accurate trip documentation
- Load/unload cargo with proper lifting techniques and equipment usage
- Provide exceptional customer service during passenger/delivery interactions
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Optimize routes for efficiency using GPS navigation systems
- Coordinate with dispatch team for real-time schedule adjustments
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL license or Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years professional van/box truck driving experience
- Clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) with no major violations
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of Philadelphia roadways and traffic patterns
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout shift
- High school diploma or equivalent required
