Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vans to transport goods to various customer locations in the Seattle area.
- Load and unload packages efficiently, ensuring cargo security and proper handling.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and digital paperwork using handheld devices.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
- Provide outstanding customer service by adhering to delivery schedules and addressing client inquiries professionally.
- Keep the vehicle clean and organized, reporting any mechanical issues immediately.
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional driving experience in a delivery or logistics role.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and tire pressure checks.
- Strong navigation skills and familiarity with the Seattle road network.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
