Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport goods throughout Florida and the Southeast
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate delivery documentation
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Manage loading/unloading operations with precision and care
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status
- Submit timely mileage and expense reports
- Participate in ongoing safety training and equipment maintenance
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Clean driving record with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Proficiency with electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Strong knowledge of Florida roadways and traffic regulations
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Flexible availability including weekends and early mornings
