Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles for long-haul routes across the Northeast Corridor
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Complete thorough pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and documentation
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient load management and delivery timelines
- Maintain accurate electronic logs (ELD) and mileage records
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with minimum 2 years OTR experience
- Clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Proficiency in using electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Strong knowledge of highway safety regulations
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate loading equipment
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
