Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks safely during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Execute multi-stop deliveries across Florida and Southeastern US
- Maintain FMCSA compliance with electronic logs and inspections
- Coordinate with warehouse teams for efficient loading/unloading
- Document delivery exceptions and route conditions
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections
- Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding delays or issues
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no DUIs in last 5 years)
- Minimum 2 years OTR experience required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and climb trailer decks
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Proficient with electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Knowledge of Florida highway regulations
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends
