Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver high-value packages, food, and medical supplies to designated locations during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Maintain accurate delivery logs using our GPS tracking system and mobile app for real-time updates
- Inspect and maintain assigned delivery vehicle to ensure optimal safety and performance standards
- Provide exceptional customer service during late-night deliveries with professional communication and problem-solving
- Adhere strictly to traffic regulations and company safety protocols during all transit operations
- Coordinate with dispatch team to optimize delivery routes and meet time-sensitive deadlines
- Secure packages and handle fragile items with specialized care protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Driver's License with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year professional delivery or commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods during shifts
- Proficient with smartphone navigation apps and basic digital tracking systems
- Exceptional time management skills with ability to meet strict delivery windows
- Reliable transportation to Austin depot for shift start times
