Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in the Detroit metropolitan area.
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle package handling with care.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness of the delivery vehicle.
- Utilize mobile technology to update delivery status and route information.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Handle cash/card transactions and manage proof of delivery documentation accurately.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License (Class C) with a clean driving record (no DUIs in the last 3 years).
- Ability to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use smartphone applications.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
