Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks over designated routes in Fresno and surrounding areas.
- Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment and secure freight properly.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance and safety.
- Maintain accurate electronic logs (ELD) and adhere to all FMCSA regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service during pickups and deliveries.
- Report any mechanical issues or safety hazards immediately.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company driving policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (Class A).
- Current DOT Medical Card.
- Clean driving record (MVR) with no major violations in the last 3 years.
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
