Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for regional routes
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain vehicle logs
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Load/unload cargo with proper equipment handling
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Resolve delivery issues and maintain customer satisfaction
- Participate in regular safety training programs
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years OTR experience
- Tanker or HazMat endorsements (preferred)
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Proficient in electronic logging systems
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs occasionally
- Commercial liability insurance coverage
