Job Summary
As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently across the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond. We value safety, punctuality, and customer service above all else.
Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety compliance.
- Load and unload cargo securely, ensuring proper documentation is maintained.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules and any issues.
- Manage and maintain the cleanliness of the truck cab and cargo area.
- Update electronic logging devices (ELD) accurately and on time.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A or Class B required.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable professional driving experience.
- Pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination.
- Must possess a clean driving record with no major violations in the last 3 years.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
