Responsibilities
- Safe and timely delivery of packages to residential and commercial clients across San Antonio.
- Ensure all deliveries are made with the highest level of professionalism and care.
- Maintain the cleanliness and mechanical condition of the delivery vehicle.
- Accurately log all deliveries, pickups, and vehicle status updates using our mobile application.
- Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving delivery issues on-site.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety protocols.
- Manage package routing efficiently to optimize delivery times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
- Access to a reliable personal vehicle suitable for commercial delivery use.
- Current smartphone with data/internet access for GPS and app tracking.
- Basic proficiency in English for clear communication with customers and dispatch.
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and early morning shifts as required.
