The Role
As a courier driver, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring packages are delivered safely and on time to our valued customers throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. We value punctuality, safety, and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles in diverse urban and suburban environments.
- Utilize mobile applications for GPS navigation, route planning, and proof of delivery.
- Handle packages with care, ensuring they are delivered in perfect condition and signed for.
- Provide professional and courteous customer interactions during every drop-off.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no DUIs in the last 3 years).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Reliable smartphone with high-speed internet access (Android or iPhone).
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with the San Francisco geography is highly preferred.
