Responsibilities
- Load, secure, and unload packages from the delivery vehicle efficiently and safely.
- Verify delivery addresses and ensure the secure handling of all goods.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service during drop-offs and pickups.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Update delivery status in the tracking system in real-time.
- Handle cash/card transactions accurately when required.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no DUIs in the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable smartphone with GPS navigation capabilities (Android or iOS).
- Basic English proficiency for clear communication with customers and dispatch.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends.
- Current vehicle insurance and registration.
