Responsibilities
- Drive delivery vehicles to assigned customer locations in a safe and timely manner.
- Load and unload packages, ensuring all items are handled with care and arrive in perfect condition.
- Verify delivery addresses and obtain electronic signatures upon completion of each delivery.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues or accidents immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exterior at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving delivery issues professionally.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to follow GPS routes efficiently.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for logging deliveries and communicating with dispatch.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
